遣散頌

From on high didst Thou descend, O Compassionate; to burial of three days hast Thou submitted that Thou mightest free us from our passions. O our Life and Resurrection, Lord, glory be to Thee.

仁慈者，祢從高天降臨，被埋在墳墓中三天之久，將我們從苦難中釋放出來，上主，我們的生命與復活，榮耀歸於祢。

O Thou Who for our sakes wast born of a Virgin, and didst suffer crucifixion, O Good One, and didst despoil death by death, and as God, didst reveal the Resurrection: Disdain them not which Thou hast fashioned with Thy hand; show us Thy love for mankind, O Merciful One; accept the Theotokos that gave Thee birth, who intercedeth for us; and do Thou, our Saviour, save a despairing people.

可愛之主，祢為我們由童貞女誕生，被釘十字架，以祢的死亡踐滅了死亡，啟示了復活，因祢是天主；不要輕視那些祢手所造的人，仁慈者，請向我們顯示祢的仁愛，當誕生祢的天主之母為我們代禱時，請俯允她的祈求，救主，求祢拯救那些處於絕望之中的人。

聆聽讚

Standing at the tomb of the Life-giver, the myrrh-bearers sought the immortal Master among the dead; and receiving the good tidings of joy from the Angel, they announced to the Apostles that the Lord is risen, granting great mercy unto the world.

攜香液女站在賦予生命者的墳墓邊，在死者中尋找不朽的君宰；她們由天使得知喜樂的訊息，向宗徒宣報，基督已復活，將祂偉大的仁慈賜予世界。

集禱頌　上主，普世向祢

Arising from the tomb, O mighty Saviour, Thou didst rouse the dead; * Thou didst raise Adam; while Eve danceth in her joy at Thy blest Resurrection, O Lord. * And the world’s farthest regions * keep the festival on Thine arising from the dead * with gladness and thanksgiving, O Thou Who art greatly merciful.

至仁慈者，當祢由墳墓中復活時，祢喚醒了死者，使亞當復甦。厄娃因祢的復活而舞蹈，地極因祢自死者中的復活而歡慶。
