Ὁ σκιόγραφον ἀχλὺν, Εἱρμὸς ε΄, Ἦχος β΄

Ὁ σκιόγραφον ἀχλύν, αἰνιγμάτων σκεδάσας, καὶ τῶν πιστῶν ἐκβάσει τῆς ἀληθείας, διὰ τῆς θεόπαιδος, καταυγάσας τάς καρδίας, καὶ ἡμᾶς τῷ φωτί σου Χριστὲ καθοδήγησον.

O Thou Who hast dispersed the shadowy mist of dark sayings, and hast illuminated the hearts of the faithful with the fulfilment of the truth through the Child of God, guide us also by Thy light, O Christ.

Isaac Lambertson 譯文：

Having destroyed the shadowy darkness of indistinct images and illumined the hearts of the faithful by the coming of the Truth through the divine Maiden, O Christ, guide us by Thy light.
